A wonderfully matured single malt from celebrated Highland producer Glen Ord. Fully matured in an ex-bourbon barrel, this Strictly Limited release from independent bottler Càrn Mòr just shines with bright florals and zingy orchard fruits. A cheerful, sunny-day whisky, and one of just 180 bottles.
Tasting Note:
Nose: Fresh and floral, with magnolia and geranium, plus aromatic citrus peels, croissants, and a dusting of sweet spices.
Palate: Apple and pear are prominent here, alongside honey, earthy vanilla and a pecan nuttiness. Black pepper keeps it grounded.
Finish: Medium with lingering sweetness.
