GLEN MORAY 12 Years Old 49.5% 
This new release has had some old school treatment with the aging process, 
matured in 1st fill Olorosos Sherry Quarter cask for 6 months, the small cask gives a much richer interplay on the palate and nose you only find in older whiskies. 
Nose: The scent of sherry comes first, followed by fresh fruit and flowers come through with a richness that's hard to find in some similar aged malts. 
Palate: First comes the sherry flavour, along with raisins. Then comes herbs, marzipan and dark chocolate , Medium aftertaste of herbs, with dark chocolate and sherry. Along with a slightly creamy mouthfeel.
