Palate: The palate is nicely balanced with hints of summer fruits, soft golden honey, soft ginger and coconut cream, candied lemon and soft lime notes, spices with a little tangy clove and cinnamon, peaches and syrup adding to a nice finish, vanilla and soft whipped milk chocolate, with lemon sorbet.
