Nose: Vanilla and honey adda classic sweet opening to the nose, with toasted cereal and whipped cream, some caramel sauce and peaches.
Palate: Toasted waffles, maple syrup and whipped cream, some summer fruits with a soft brioche and honey glazed tea cake flavours, even at 61.2% vol you will find a multi-layered palate, smooth a rich tones of fruit cake and demerara sugars, soft spiced pears and juicy apricots.
