Nose: Hints of soft flaked almond and delicate spices, boiled sweets including pineapple and strawberry, soft vanilla and honey with some delicious hints of fresh ginger and fruit cake.
Palate: A nice balance between creamy and soft nutty tones, fresh churned toffee, candied fruits, hints of ginger and light vanilla ice cream lead into a nice balance lingering finish.
