Matured in Ex Bourbon Oak Casks before being moved into Sherry casks for the final stages.
Nose: Some classic aromas with dried fruits, hints of malt and sponge cakes, dark chocolate, some dried blackberries and blackcurrants, caramel and hard toffee, cigar box cedar lining, dried orange and apricots.
Palate: The influence of sherry casks shine through on the front of the palate, dark dried fruits, hints of liquorice and all spice, some slow roasted coffee beans, salted caramel and a hint of mango to add a little hint of freshness.
