Foursquare 14 Year Old / Leith Stillroom / 63.5% / 70cl

I like this on its own no water but left to open for say 30 mins its perfection for my palate.

Nose: Some creamy sweet notes on the nose, with a delicate peach and vanilla custard, light golden syrup notes, some dark forest berries undertones, a more predominant fresh baked French patisserie, and soft hints of sugar.   

Palate: With a mellow start for a moment on the front of the palate, you might think it’s a light rum! But oh No this is a flavoursome Rum with a richness that grows with every sip. Tangy candied orange peel, vanilla and soft spices, some dark and milk chocolate, hints of dark fruits and candies, it’s a great tasting rum right to the end.
