Non-chill filtered and bottled at 54.5% Vol (109 proof) the 2022 Limited Edition Small Batch features a 20 year old Bourbon from the OBSV recipe, a 15 year old OESK, a 14 year old OESF, and a 14 year old OESV.
Nose: Dark autumnal dried fruits, with a hint of dark chocolate and sweet dark cherries, a little hint of polished mahogany, demerara sugar, some vanilla and sweet spice.
Palate: A nice rich creamy vanilla, with the sweet spices and chocolate hints from the nose hitting the right mark on the palate, with some toasted waffles, gentle syrup and allspice, cinnamon, ripe forest berries, adding to a lingering rich aftertaste.
