Nose: rich and coastal from the opening, some dried mineral notes, some organic grass, some smouldering wood and wet forest floors, soft vanilla and a little dry oak, some tangy fruit underplaying on the back end of the nose.
Palate: The smouldering wood opens the palate, a little hint of dry hay and apricot, tangy spiced vanilla and honey tones, coastal minerals and hard toffee with a hint of pink rock salt.
