The distillery used Plummage Archer Barley to make this single malt then matured in 100 litre fresh fill ex bourbon casks. Only 178 bottles from this cask
Nose: Lots going on here on the nose, some sweet fruits with ginger and citrus, some spices push through on the back end of the nose as this dram grows in the glass.
Palate: The fruits from the nose arrive on the palate with a slight herbal note, Sweet Scottish tablet and peach, springtime glass and autumnal hay, dried spice and cracked pepper. Some melon and lime add to a lingering finish.
