Dailuaine 14-Year-Old 2007-21 Wilson & Morgan PX Sherry Finish 53.9% - 70cl 

20 months (about 1 and a half years) in Pedro Ximenez sherry cask  

Nose: Soft creamy and delicate even for a Speysider, with a soft creamy honey, almond blossoms, and hints of soft cherry, the sherry cask has laid some enticing aromas down for us to enjoy, with no dryness just a rich creamy fruity balanced aroma. 

Palate: After the subtle nose, the palate hits the ground running with lots of rich fruits, some oily notes, waxy and spicy all in one burst on the opening of the palate, with a sweet and leathery note adding to the complexity of the mid palate alongside some soft oak and superb sherry fruits, as we had to the finish some tangy rich orange and soft tropical fruits, hints of almond and spice alongside a hint of honey.
