All corn from locally sourced from farms in and around the distillery, the mix of grains is 80% Level 1 Corn, 10% Rye, 10% Malted Barley, mellowed through maple charcoal
Nose: Sweet light fruity notes from the start, toasted corn bread with a rich maple and honey aroma, some soft caramel, vanilla and cream, soft oak aromas.
Palate: Tropical fruity notes some ripe banana, toasted oak and soft maple syrup and waffle, a lingering sweet finish with salted caramel and popcorn.
The balance of grains and filtration of this small batch whiskey work seamlessly together.
