Palate: The palate is a much smoother yet bolder experience than expected given the soft notes of the nose, with fresh baked patisseries and delicate spices opening up the palate, with a little drop of zesty lime and creamy lemon, some underlying sweet smoke like flavours, dried summer fruits, underripe pears adding a sweet but mineral note.
