This whisky is a tribute to the Sherry Cask and all the flavours the casks impart to a whisky.
Nose: Rich with a nice balance of dark citrus, vanilla and dates, some spice notes, hints of dark chocolate and soft caramel.
Palate: Lots of flavour with a tangy dark fruit and spice opening, some dark and milk chocolate and dark fruit cake, some rich berries and red apple notes adding a sweetness to the mid palate before we head back into the richness of the sherry cask flavours.
