Nose: Sweet and waxy with a rich dry oak and herbal aromas, some soft ripe banana and honey, with hints of fresh cut grass and late summer season hay bales, some rich citrus and mellow smoke and rich waxinesss flowing around the end of the aroma
Palate: same rich fruits. citrus and soft ripe pears with some rich spiced apple and dark chocolate, quince, rich and smooth honey notes, some dry oak spices and hints of cloves, crushed almonds and hints of late foam, slated caramel, citrus notes flow back in and around the late palate leading to a long waxy and fruity finish.
