Nose: Soft fruity summer coastal notes, some dried citrus fruits and almond paste, hints of waxiness and a little soft oakiness, a tempting hint of summer fruits and fresh baked fruit loaf.
Palate: A nice balanced opening on the palate between spices and fruit, hints of that rich coastal tone from the nose, a superb hint of toasted croissant and milk chocolate, soft sea- salt caramel chews and soft citrus.
