A wonderful 22-year-old Clarendon from Rum Sponge. This bottling shows a sorter side to Clarendon after full-term continental ageing.

Nose: Wormwood, slightly medicinal with dried mint and aniseed.

Palate: Medicinal again. Gherkins, grapefruit and a slight salinity.

Finish: More menthol with hints of cloves and star anise.
