Maturation: 2-3 years aged in ex-Bourbon barrels then charcoal filtered to remove colour
Nose: Crisp clean notes on the nose, with hints of cream some soft banana and soft spices mingle with sweet aromatic notes like candies and summer fruit.
Palate: Some coconut and tropical fruits to the front with a dry edge, Some great succulent pineapple and sweet green grape.
