RUM BLEND: A marriage of aged rums distilled from Coffey and pot stills.
MATURATION: Aged separately by batch and type of still in ex-Bourbon barrels, then blended and rested in oak vats for an additional six months. Average age of the blend is 5 years.
Nose: Some rich tropical fruits that flow with ease from this very tasty rum,
Candied orange peel and caramelised dark fruits,, a sweet spice with a little ripe banana,
Palate: Some chocolate and honeycomb, dates raisins and spices like cloves with hints of cinnamon and tobacco leaves, a soft textured creamy note marries everything together to deliver a lingering finish.
