Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks St Lucia
This range was created after a fire broke out at the old distillery, a scramble ensued to find storage for the cask, a few became lost until recovered from storage.
Nose: Tangy rich spiced dark fruits with a hint of ruby chocolate, rich maple syrup and dark fruit cake, a dash of candied strawberry.
Palate: Toffee and red grapes, dates, raisins and succulent dark plumbs, some summer fruits and all-spice add to the richness of the mid palate. Lingering smooth finish
