Nose: Smoked meats and hints of charcoal smoke, sweet aromas mingle with a coastal aroma of sea salt and light mineral tones, toffee, with a rich toasted chestnuts aroma.
Palate: While it’s got that warming smoke and peat on the palate it’s also got a really interesting sweet edge coming into play, with a toffee and candied citrus peel, some fresh churned farmhouse butter, chocolate coated rice cake, with a smouldering smoke and coastal salty tang in the lingering rich finish.
