A rather iconic label based on the story of the Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay.
Nose: Pungent notes of Islay, with some smoked meats and hints of charred oak, dark toffee and lemon & lime citrus tones.
Palate: Very much an Islay with an interesting start of vanilla and smoked fruit from a summer BBQ, some salty tang arrives with a nice hit of refreshing citrus and dark thick honey and sea salt coated nuts.
