Add a drop of water if needed, this dram opens with ease and elegance.
Nose: Candy and hints of crushed almonds, rich aromatic with chocolate and vanilla lead to some summer fruits like melon, ripe banana, some spiced tea cake aromas.
Palate: A bigger opening to the palate than expected with an abundance of taste, rounded soft fudge notes with some ripe fruits, old style flavours like dried oak, hints of leather and hand rolled tobacco leaf, golden honeycomb and coconut flakes.
This is a dram that needs to develop in the glass, its an ever changing taste that stimulates the palate.
