Nose: A heady mix of fruits and smoke, some toasted coffee beans and cherries with a touch of BBQ embers and soft caramel.
Palate: Like the nose the palate is an incredible balance between sweet and salt, A warming mouthfeel at the front of the palate, some quince jam and salted caramel, chocolate coated raisins and soft fruit cake, some more warming sweet smoke, Bakewell tart and soft spiced citrus notes bubbling under, a very rich and balanced finish from this amazing Islay.
