Palate: The palate has a lot of things hitting the front of the palate to entice you into this dram. Lots of exotic sweet fruits with a counterbalance of cracked black pepper, spices, rich creamy vanilla, tropical fruits like pineapple and ripe banana add to the rich mix on the palate.
