Thompson Bros SRV Dornoch Blended Malt 8 Year Old 48.5% ABV
A blended malt that takes you by surprise thanks to its rich, waxy nature. This expression is named after Station Road Vat 5, the European oak vat it was married in. A bit like a Solera blending system! The label illustration is by Yu Kurahashi from Bar Tre, in Hiroshima.
The team at Thompson Brothers have put together some impressive tasting notes.
