Nose: Fresh baked patisseries with some dark fruits and golden honey,
Palate: Some vanilla and soft honey, demerara sugar and hints of dates, hints of oak deliver a nice mix of vanilla and shortcake, spice, orchard fruits and a little herbal note add a freshness to the mid palate, the finish is a superb balance of fruits and toffee, some sweet spices and a touch of whipped cream and fudge.
