Nose: Rich and very lively on the nose with citrus notes, Jaffa cake and pineapple chunks with a touch of soft pepper, woody notes flow in and out of spiced fruit and shortbread and raisin biscuits.
Palate: Soft sponge cake and ripe pears, some whipping cream and vanilla pod. Some older flavours arrive mid palate like warm leather and waxed fruit, cinnamon, bread and butter pudding, Cuban tobacco leaves. Crushed almond and pepper.
