Black Bull The Peated Edition 50% Vol
Nose: Hints of smouldering bonfire smoke, a salty tang and red apple skins, hints of dried apricots and Demerara sugar coated dried fruits, malt loaf and seaside salted caramel.
Palate: Orchard fruits in soft syrup, come soft chewy rich caramel toffee and salted popcorn, some forest floors with a nice fruity tone throughout, smouldering embers with a peat and soft spice flavour flowing across the mid and late palate, toasted oats and nuts with a lingering coastal smoke and lemon.
