Matured in American oak and bourbon oak casks with a finish of Oloroso European oak casks,  

Nose: The sherry casks are shining on the front of the nose, rich and opulent dark fruits and soft ginger, fresher aromas also interplay on the nose with a sweet citrus and vanilla and crazy sours sweets.  

Palate: The nose and palate are seamless here with a richness that is most enjoyable indeed, creamy fudge and milk chocolate, toffee popcorn and creamy smooth brioche, some sweet apple and a hint of dried strawberry, toasted nuts and a little spiced cream to round off the mid palate, a lingering smooth finish with a touch of lemon puff biscuits and latte foam.
