Nose: Sweet honey and hints of ginger (classic speyside notes of the past) creamy vanilla and shortbread, melon and hints of red apples.
Palate: A mellow vanilla pod and soft tropical fruit cheesecake, some ripe dates and sweet plumbs, toffee apple and hints of Scottish tablet, milk chocolate, strawberry chews and a soft caramel note, with some mild spices and creamy notes in the balanced lingering finish.
