Benriach Distilled in1995 matured in a sherry cask producing 140 bottles world wide with an ABV of 49.1% vol 

Nose: You might have expected this to be overwhelmed by sherry notes but no its a lot more than just one nose profile, Creamy vanilla and Scottish shortbread, some fruity notes of apples and pears with a tangy element of aromas at times. 

Palate: Let this dram breath in the glass its waited 25 years in the cask a few more moments wont harm this taste range from this delicious cask, hints of lemon meringue pie and fresh cream, A little hint of wine and white chocolate, Soft chewy toffee and delicate spices. 

With a nicely balanced finish this dram is one to sip and enjoy
