Nose: Very much a highland with a rather indulgent nose of rich dry fruits, some mineral and soft spices flow across the nose, After a few moments the aroma become sweeter with hints of pineapple and nutty notes, some soft pitta bread and a little waxiness.
Palate: Like the nose the palate is a really good mix of flavours that shine across the palate, Some rich fresh baked sponge cake with a light fruity note of damson jam, fresh cut hay and soft herbal notes in the mid palate, banana and toffee, with some tropical fruits, a long and rounded finish.
