鼻： 柑橘類と濃い蜂蜜が前面にあり、少し乾燥させたハーブの香り、ほぼ磨かれた革の豊かさ、スイカズラとスパイス、乾燥した桃とアプリコットの砂糖漬け、甘いワックスのような香りが、すでに複雑な香りに加わります。
口蓋： ドライ フルーツ、ナツメグ、グレーズド リング ドーナツ、トースト キャラメル、バタースコッチ、砂糖漬けのフルーツ、グレーズド レモン クリーム シトラス ビスケット、ゴールデン大麦シュガー キャンディーのバランスが良く、ヘシアンとショートブレッドのヒント、甘草のヒントが少しありますが、とても微妙です。この白酒を本当にうまく仕上げる調味料です。
