鼻：甘くて繊細な香り、ラズベリークーリの香り。ダンネージ倉庫やバングクロスを思わせるカビ臭さが発生します。

口蓋: 最初は滑らかでシロップのような口当たりで、サルタナ、バナナ、デメララ砂糖の結晶の香りが始まります。

仕上げる： 海岸沿いの影響は、大麦水と草の香りのヒントとともに、フィニッシュの塩味に表れます。
