鼻： 繊細、草のような/ハーブのような、焦げたみかんの皮、柔らかい煙、CRそして私はキャラメル、砂糖漬けのオレンジと少しスモークしたフルーツのようなノート、いくつかのベリーとストロベリーソース、革と蜂蜜。 水を加えると少し開きます。そしてキャラメル/ローストコーヒー、赤い果物のコンポート、熟した桃の皮。
口蓋： 石のようなフルーツ、バニラと塩キャラメルの香りがこの珍しいアイラ島の豊かさを増しており、顕著な焚き火の煙、トフィーアップル、コショウとフレーク状タバコのスパイスの香りが漂います。
長くて非常に目立つ煙と木炭の香り、トフィーとダークドライフルーツのヒント。
