熟成スタイルにちなんで名付けられた、驚くほど体を温めるカナダ産ライ麦です。最初は軽く焦がした樽で熟成させた後、仕上げのために深く焦がしたアメリカンオークに移します。さらに興味深いのは、蒸留酒と単式蒸留酒の両方をブレンドしていることです。飲むにも混ぜるにも最適です。
鼻： ペッパーとシナモンの激辛ティラミスベースに、柑橘系の爽やかな香りとバニラアイスを添えました。
口蓋： 大胆でペッパーのような温かみが印象的で、キャラメル、コンデンスミルク、レーズンなどの柑橘系の香りにメンソールの緑が感じられます。
仕上げる： 長く、シナモンのスパイスがより豊かに感じられます。
