ボトラー自身のテイスティングノート:
香りにはスモーキーなカスタード、グリーンオリーブ、紅茶、バナナ、靴磨き、リコリスの香りに加え、少し木のようなハーブの香りも感じられます。味わいは大きく甘い甘草、ライムジュース、塩から始まり、プラムソース、エンジンオイル、マーマレード、タルトタタンへと展開します。余韻は長く、甘いタールと缶詰のライチを感じさせる楽しい余韻です。
