ここはあまり知られていないスペイサイドで、独自にリリースされたグレントーチャーも存在します。通常ブレンド用に予約されているこのフローラル シングル モルトは、アモンティリャード樽の中で輝きを放ちます。 Càrn Mòr はこの表現の背後にあるボトラーであり、Strictly Limited シリーズの一部として冷却濾過や着色を行わずにボトリングされています。
鼻： パン屋さんのように、アーモンドクロワッサン、レーズン、ケーキミックス、ナツメグに、ココナッツや刈った草も少々。
口蓋： 味わいは、核果実、ダイジェスティブ ビスケット、乾燥バナナ、トフィー、オレンジとともに、もう少し花の香りがします。
仕上げる： より多くのナツメグとオークの香りが長く感じられます。
