鼻： 豊かな香りのダークオーチャードフルーツ、ダムソンとプラムジャムのノート、コショウとイチゴのヒントを伴う甘いスパイスの効いた赤ブドウの香り。
口蓋： ダークフルーツと砂糖漬けのオレンジのヒントが詰まった、革と磨かれたオークのノートが特徴のリッチな味わいのシングルモルトです。一口飲むごとに広がる余韻のドラム。
これは非常にオールドスクールなスタイルのドラムで、今日の多くのドラムとは違った味わいがあり、フィニッシュではなく樽の中で丸30年熟成させることで輝きを放ちます。
