味わい: 甘く、次にドライ、前口と中口の間に若干の酸味があり、桃と甘い梨にメープルシロップ、キャラメル、蜂蜜のタッチが加わり、ソフトでクリーミーなフルーツケーキの香りが続きます。どれもバランスのとれた仕上がり。
