A 2008 vintage rum from Plantation’s Under The Sea collection, distilled in Panama and matured in the tropical climate in ex-bourbon barrels for 12 years, before being transported to France where it underwent a further year of ageing in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks
Nose: Aromas of peaches, red berries, orange peel, nutmeg, white pepper, lemongrass and custard fill the nose,
Palate: complemented by notes of honeycomb, red apple, hazelnuts, toffee, chocolate and cigar box throughout the palate.
