Organic Scottish barley is used to make this single malt
Nose: Balanced with a creamy oat like note, some soft summer fruits, pears and some grated apple, hints of honey and soft ginger root.
Palate: A seamless integration between the nose and palate from the start, a warming sweet spice and a dash of pink peppercorns are balanced out with a subtle yet lingering flaked almond and ginger.
