The first in the Westie Sponge series, a new set of bottlings from Decadent Drinks created to celebrate the single malts of the West Highlands and Islands. For edition No.1 they've selected two casks of Nc'Nean single malt, both distilled using two different yeast recipes (Anchor and Fermentis, and Anchor, Fermentis and DistilaMax RM).
They were both matured in 1st fill hogsheads before being married together and then put back into the same two casks. This edition is bottles from one of those casks, with the other being re-racked and held for a later release.
