Made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 16% winter wheat and 14% malted barley, it’s been aged for over 11 years for a sumptuous sipping experience. Caramel, honey, toffee, dark chocolate and dates all leap from the glass on the nose, while fresh green apples, nutmeg, cinnamon and a toastiness appear on the palate. This is a complex, well-aged whiskey that’s a stellar addition to the Cellar Aged collection.
