Nose: Rich aromatic spring grass, spiced fruit cake lemongrass and smoking embers, hints of wet damp farm barn wood more rich smoke like a tinder box.
Palate: Like a fast moving train this dram heads forward with ease, lots of pungent flavours of smoke and peat, pears with spices and dried coconut, honey lingers with some fresh root ginger and fresh fruit salad.
Bonfire night with smoked fruits and apple pie with fresh cream and a delicious vanilla pod note.
