Nose: Pungent rich smoke, wet peat and sea salt, some smoked cheese and salted crackers, hints of dark chocolate and dates. Warm sea breeze and fishing boat nets.
Palate: Overflowing with a rich sweet oak and peat smoke lingering across the whole palate. Black pepper and damson jam, smoked fish towards the middle, salted caramel and hard candy.
Orchard fruits and chocolate powder, pineapple with honey lead to the most superb finish.
