Tasting note:
Nose: Hints of fresh bergamot, beeswax, apricot and cinnamon, with the soft grain shining through.
Taste: Ripe white stone fruit and lime, with a crisp minerality, pink peppercorns, lush vanilla and gentle toasted oak.
Finish: Medium length and lingering, with toffee wrapping up dried grapefruit and apple.
