Nose: Very rich fruits on the nose, golden plums and ripe pears, Sweet honey and vanilla marry the nose together perfectly, some spring like floral notes, a little creamy coconut and soft whipped cream scones.
Palate: Sweet orchard fruits on the front of the palate, with a few moments on the palate we find summer fruits like apricot and melon, some subtle sweet spice adds a nice layer to this very distinctive dram, Golden crisp honeycomb and deliciously tempting chocolate notes coat the mid palate.
With a little sweet pepper and spice towards the finish this dram is a perfect evening dram with dinner.
