Nose: Soft rich creamy notes, some soft honey and vanilla, caramel and poached pears with lemon drizzle, oak and delicate spices, summer pudding and hints of red grapes and apple skins.

Palate: French patisserie with cream and maple syrup, toffee brittle, fresh sponge cake and dried fruits, vanilla and soft baked white chocolate chip cookies, honey & ginger note, hints of creamy lemon drizzle and soft nougat coated grain bars.
